At the heart of Talent 4 Teaching is a unique leadership team, Russell Brown (MD) and Hannah Henderson (Operations Director).
Russell has over 20 years of experience running highly effective recruitment agencies. He built his success on solving tough staffing problems, and he now applies that expertise to the unique needs of the education sector.
Working closely with Russell for over a decade, Hannah has managed large-scale temporary recruitment teams across several core sectors. Her extensive operational knowledge, combined with a deep personal passion for education, drives our mission.
