Hannah Henderson – Operations & Contracts Manager, IN2 Resourcing Group & Talent4Teaching

Hannah first connected with IN2 Resourcing back in 2016, though not through the usual route. After graduating from university, she initially applied for several Teaching Assistant roles, driven by a genuine passion for education and influenced by a close circle of friends and family working in local schools. While exploring career options, she secured a temporary role within IN2’s own operations team and quickly proved to be an invaluable addition.

Since then, Hannah has become a core part of the IN2 Resourcing Group. She now heads up our Temporary Recruitment division, overseeing the deployment of contractors across client sites. Alongside this, she manages back-office Accounts and Payroll functions, ensuring weekly and monthly payroll runs smoothly and everyone is paid accurately.

Over the years, Hannah has built strong relationships with major clients across sectors including finance, legal, media, and higher education. Now, with the launch of Talent4Teaching, she is excited to align her professional experience with her personal interest in the Teaching profession.

Combining nearly a decade of temporary recruitment expertise with her long-standing passion for teaching, Hannah is genuinely proud to support schools and educators. She looks forward to playing a hands-on role in delivering reliable, efficient staffing solutions to the education sector.

Outside of work, Hannah enjoys life as a new mum, weekends with her family, working on home renovation projects with her husband, and, when possible, a good night’s sleep.
